At the same time, the modern industrial system with integrity is also an open system. To speed up the construction of a modern industrial system supported by the real economy, we must adhere to open cooperation and not build a car behind closed doors, which is not only in line with China’s basic national policy of opening to the outside world, but also an inevitable requirement for building an open industrial system.
