CCTV News: The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning at 18: 00 on October 4.The center of Typhoon KOINU, the 14th typhoon this year, is located at 5 o’clock today (4th) in the sea about 160 kilometers east of Eguanbi, Taiwan Province, China, which is 22.1 degrees north latitude and 122.4 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 15 (50m/s), and the lowest pressure in the center is 940 hectopascals.

It is estimated that "Little Dog" will move to the west at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity. It will land or brush the southeast coast of Taiwan Province Island (strong typhoon level, 45-50 m/s, 14-15) from the morning of the 5th, and then move to the west, heading for the east coast of Guangdong, and its intensity will gradually weaken.

Gale forecastFrom 20: 00 on the 4th to 20: 00 on the 5th, there will be 6-8 winds and 9-10 gusts in most parts of the East China Sea and the waters near Diaoyu Island, east of Taiwan Province, Taiwan Province Strait, bashi channel, northeastern South China Sea, Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Coast, Fujian Coast and Taiwan Province Island Coast, among which the winds in the southeast of Taiwan Province Island, the northern coast of bashi channel, Taiwan Province Strait and the southern coast of Taiwan Province Island will be 9-12 and the gusts will be 13-10.

There will be 7 winds and 8 gusts in the northern Bohai Sea, the eastern Yellow Sea and the northwestern East China Sea. There will be strong winds of 5-6 grades and gusts of 7 grades in western Tibet, coastal areas of Zhejiang, coastal areas of Fujian and Taiwan Province Island.

From 20: 00 on October 5 to 20: 00 on October 6, there will be strong winds of 7-8 grades and gusts of 9-10 grades in the southwestern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Province Strait, the waters south of the east of Taiwan Province, the waters north of bashi channel and the north sea northeast of the South China Sea. Among them, the winds in parts of the Taiwan Province Strait and the northeast of the South China Sea can reach 9-10 grades, and the gusts are 11-12 grades. The winds in the nearby waters where the typhoon "Little Dog" center passes can be. There will be strong winds of 5-6 grades and gusts of 7 grades in western Tibet, coastal areas of Zhejiang, coastal areas of Fujian and Taiwan Province Island.
