　　Zhang Youxia, male, Han nationality, born in July 1950 in Weinan, Shaanxi Province, joined the army in December 1968 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1969. He graduated from the Basic Department of Military Academy with a college degree.

　　He is currently the vice chairman of members of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and CPC Central Military Commission of the 19th CPC, the vice chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) of the People’s Republic of China and the rank of general.
